When it originally released back in 2012, the ”Metallic Red” was very well-received. A subsequent second retail run in 2017 was absolutely botched by Nike in that the numbers were daftly limited. It now appears they will make another comeback in 2023.
At this early juncture there are no images but it should be a fairly reproduction of its forbears, we hope, in that it will sport a red Foamposite upper with black nubuck at the eyerows. Black also shows up on the tongue and inner with a One Cent logo on the rear heel and red-striped tongue and heel pull tabs.
Underneath resides a carbon fiber shank and a red and translucent rubber outsole.
The ”Metallic Red” Nike Air Foamposite One is in the works to embark on its third retail run during the summer of 2023. They will carry a whopping 230 USD sticker price.
